The majority of concerns can be dealt with informally, without reference to the Complaints Policy.
Where the Complainant has a concern or query about any aspect of the college or their son/daughter’s education or wellbeing, please raise this with their class tutor or College Lead in the first instance. Ideally, they will be able to address your concerns immediately and, if appropriate, can arrange a meeting or call with you to discuss the issue.
All concerns will be dealt with confidentially, and it may be necessary to take notes if the matter may need to be taken further, or may arise again in the future.
To make a formal complaint, please read through the Complaints policy and complete the attached form. This information will be sent straight to the Headteacher for their attention.
If the complaint is about the Headteacher or school governors, please follow the guidance in the policy.
